"The development of FLEXFIT has ignited a passion of mine that has been instilled in me since my childhood. I completed my undergraduate education at WPI because I want to leverage my acquired knowledge to grow the business and more importantly enjoy every minute of my career helping as many people as I can!

~ Rachelle Wailes

Middle School STEM.  High School Entrepreneurship.  Collegiate Inspiration.  Life Long Social Responsibility.

KRAM Wellness was founded in 2014 by a team of teens and their parents after the students’ success in a national STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) competition. Our teens were supported by their parents who were professionals with over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, engineering and manufacturing.

Our first product, FLEXFIT, has been clinically proven and is patented in the United States. Employing the principles of the engineering design process, coupled with solid business acumen, we have grown an original prototype inspired by STEM into a business whose concept has been validated by a business plan competition 1st place finish, a successful Kickstarter campaign supported by backers in 39 countries and a selection to join the cohort of the 2017 Boston MassChallenge accelerator.

KRAM Wellness’ messaging starts with the FLEXFIT Revolution which promotes a healthy lifestyle for all. Committed to community giveback through charitable contributions, KRAM Wellness is dedicated to building the life style brand synonymous with feelings of well-being.

As we look forward to the future, we are embracing change as our teen founders are not so little anymore. Our president, Rachelle, graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in May 2022 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychological Sciences. She is now continuing her education at Harvard Extension School as she explores her professional career as an adult.

Please join us on our journey from STEM to Social Impact.
